In detail
Description
Farmina Vet Life gastrointestinal dietary mousse is a complete wet food for adult cats, formulated for periods when digestion becomes more sensitive. It is intended for cats suffering from acute digestive disorders, particularly during intestinal absorption disorders during or after acute diarrhea.
Its mousse texture makes the meal easy to serve and pleasant to offer, especially when your cat prefers wet food. The 85g format allows for a practical portion, to be adjusted according to the cat's weight, body condition, activity, and needs.
The recipe combines chicken fillet, sweet potato, chicken liver, fish oil, sardine, chicken fat, and quinoa extract. It also contains hydrolyzed fish protein: this means that the protein has been broken down into smaller elements, to be more easily assimilated by the body. This ingredient is particularly interesting in a gastrointestinal formula, when the food must remain complete while being more digestible.
The formula also includes ingredients useful for intestinal balance. Fructo-oligosaccharides and yeast extract source of manno-oligosaccharides are prebiotics: they nourish the good bacteria present in the intestine and contribute to the balance of the digestive flora. Pea fiber provides fiber, with an interest in stool quality.
Yucca schidigera, a plant used in animal feed, completes the formula with an interest in digestive comfort. Dried brewer's yeast, an inactive yeast naturally rich in nutrients, provides B vitamins in a complete recipe adapted to periods of digestive sensitivity.
This food is part of the Farmina Vet Life range, dedicated to the specific nutritional needs of animals. Veterinary advice is recommended before use, to check that this mousse corresponds to the cat's digestive situation and the appropriate duration of use.
When changing food, a gradual transition with the previous food helps the cat get used to its new ration more calmly, unless otherwise indicated by your veterinarian.
