Viva silent water fountain with dual filtration

The PetSafe Viva water fountain is suitable for both dogs and cats who prefer to drink when the water is moving. Its sleek design fits easily into a dining area, with a soft, discreet flow that limits splashing while keeping the water circulating.

Two sizes are available to adapt capacity and required space:

• 1.8 L, dimensions 18 × 16.5 × 12.7 cm, for cats and small dogs;

• 4.1 L, dimensions 29.85 × 20.32 × 13.97 cm, for small to medium dogs or when multiple pets share the same water source.

Dimensions are indicated as width × depth × height.

Filtration relies on a dual system: an Ion-X filter, composed of activated carbon and an ion exchanger, helps preserve the taste and freshness of the water. It is combined with a foam pre-filter that retains hair and small particles before they reach the pump. This combination helps maintain cleaner water while protecting the mechanism. An LED indicator signals when the water level becomes insufficient, and the pump automatically stops to prevent dry running.

The fountain is made of BPA-free food-grade plastic. Its compatible components are dishwasher safe, facilitating regular cleaning. The kit includes the PetSafe Viva fountain, an Ion-X filter, a foam filter, a USB power cable, a wall adapter, and a quick start guide.

To maintain a steady flow and quiet operation, it is recommended to rinse the pre-filter frequently and clean the pump as soon as the flow begins to decrease.
